This application is a framework for a web based application. While it doesn't really do much in itself, I hope that:

  • it shows you the type of work you can expect from me
  • you can see the benefit in having something like this site as a starting point for your web application - many man hours of work have been saved and we can get on with solving your business problem

I should emphasize that this is a framework for a web application, as opposed to a run-of-the-mill web site. By this I mean:

  • it is ready to connect to a database to view and edit business data
  • it has a built-in login system to allow only authenticated users to have access
  • it has built-in tools to add new users (for administrators only)
  • it has a built in system for reporting errors to an administrator
  • it is able to make use of modern web application technologies such as AJAX and JQuery for an enhanced user experience
